TEM Cons Foundation was born out of the passion and determination of a group of young leaders from Lesotho who saw a need and chose to act. Founded in 2024, the organization began as a small grassroots initiative led by youth who believed that their peers deserved more than just hope—they deserved

At TEM Cons Foundation, our vision is bold and clear:
To see a Lesotho where every young person is empowered to become a leader, a builder, and a changemaker in their community and beyond.
We imagine a country where youth are not limited by poverty, lack of education, or unemployment—but are instead uplifted by opportunity, supported by their communities, and driven by purpose.
